- No earphones or wireless devices.

## Common rejection reasons

### Wrong size

The Peruvian passport photo is 40×45mm (4.0×4.5cm) — not the common 35×45mm. Submitting 35×45mm causes rejection.

What to do: Use the exact 40×45mm crop.

### Glasses or large frames

Migraciones prohibits glasses, large frames, or lenses that prevent the eyes from being seen, plus coloured cosmetic contact lenses.

What to do: Remove glasses and coloured contacts for the photo.

### Head covering or hair over the face

No hats, head coverings, fringe, or hair covering the face is allowed. No facial piercings.

What to do: Pull hair back off the face and remove any head covering and facial piercings.

### Non-white background

The background must be plain white with no shadows, objects, or people behind you.
